BERING OPTICS WARRANTY POLICY

 Bering Optics - Manufacturer Of Thermal Scopes, Thermal Clip-On Attachments, Thermal Monoculars, Night Vision Sights And Clip-ons, NV Goggles And Monoculars

 

Your Bering Optics product is warranted free of defects in workmanship and materials. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will repair the product. For night vision products, the image intensifier tube that enables night vision capability is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 2 years for Gen2+, 3 years for Gen 3, digital NV monocular, as are other light-emitting devices such as IR Illuminators.

Thermal imaging systems, red dots, and day scopes are warranted for 4 years except the Super Hogster LRF, Super Yoter LRF, Yoter Cyclops LRF, Super Yoter C, Hogster Stimulus, and Hogster Charge, which are granted a best-in-class 6-year warranty. Quick Disconnect Clip-On Adaptor, Extended Battery Compartment, 2.0x Detachable Eyepiece, Designated Headgear, and Ports/Cables are warranted for 10 years. Lens caps, scope mounts, Rubber Eye Guard, and Light Suppressor carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty doesn’t apply to batteries and 5V DC chargers.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, damage, or improper handling. Furthermore, this warranty is void if modifications or maintenance are performed on the product by a third party not expressly authorized by Bering Optics.

To obtain service for the product covered by the warranty, please follow these steps:
-Start a service request by sending an email to service@beringoptics.com. The email shall include the following:
-Description of the problem, model name, and the product serial number.
-Compete contact data: first and last name, shipping address, daytime phone number, and email address
Once get the response email, please follow the instructions sent by the Bering Optics customer care team.
 

STATEMENT OF LIABILITY

Bering Optics will not be liable for any claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of this product. Operation and use of the product are the sole responsibility of the user. The provision of products sold and services performed by the manufacturer to the user shall not be interpreted, construed, or regarded, either expressly or implied, as being for the benefit of creating any obligation toward any third party or legal entity outside the manufacturer and the user. The remedies of the purchaser set forth herein are exclusive, and the total liability of the manufacturer shall not exceed the purchase price of the unit. The user is solely responsible for complying with local and national laws regarding the use of this product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or other damages.
Bering Optics reserves the right to make alterations or modifications in its products at any time, which, in its opinion, may improve the performance and efficiency of the product. It shall not be obligated to make such alterations or modifications to products already in service.
