Brass Goat Modifications

There are scenarios where Brass Goat may need minor modifications to ensure the best fit on your firearm. Typically, these modifications can easily be made with a Dremel tool.

The manufacturer will be happy to help walk you through any modifications that you need to make, however, we cannot accept returns for products that have been modified.  Please contact the manufacturer at: 

BG15 Modifications

Firearms with extended takedown pins and oversized optic mounting hardware may need modifications made to the Brass Goat deflector to fit around those obstructions.

BG10 Modifications

These firearms will need relief cuts on the deflector to fit properly around the forward assist:

  • Diamondback Model DB10
  • Savage MSR 10
  • LWRC Model REPR
  • Ruger Model SR762
  • Windham Model WW308
  • Remington Model R25

This firearm will need modifications to the shim itself:
